As I always recommend with mailto links, remove the @ symbol, and replace it with the HTML characters. It will display in browsers (and mail clients) just like an @, but web spiders won't be able to pick it up and add you to spam lists.
Just find the @ in the symbol line, and use the HTML code in your html:
