Real quick nitro tank question concerning dates

I have a real quick and simple nitro tank question. My nitro tank has a date of 11-01 on it. Now does that mean it has to be tested this coming November of '03 or next November of '04? Thanks for the help! I'm not the brightest when it comes to nitro tanks.

I don't think its the dates that you have a problem with... its kindergarden math that is tripping you up
11-01 + 00-03 (3 years) = 11-04, November 2004
