I stripped my bolt in the trigger frame (the one in front of the trigger) so in my intelliframe it is stuck and I need to change my rail and body so what should I do because I am stuck using this kids (same sn as I am on now) his bko that is not as good as my mag so please help me before I kill my self.

take a dremel cut a good line down the middle and use a flat head screw driver to take it out.

The same thing happened to me. I tried to drill a hole down the middle of the screw and I messed it up. You have to drill a very small hole.

that bolt doesnt sit perfectly flat just get a pair of pliers and twist it

Stripped the threading or the hex wrench hole? Because of where it is you cant do traditional things... the best thing I can t hink of is what was already said, cut a slit in it and use a flathead screwdriver. If you dont have a dremel use a metal saw of some sort (hacksaw wouldnt fit, but one of those single blade saws)

If you slot the screw, you won't be able to use a screw driver.

I once fixed a Tippman with a stripped screw and we used the back of a knife as a 'screwdriver'. I recommend slotting if you can do it. FalconGuy suggested the hacksaw blade. We took a hacksaw blade and just wrapped a whole bunch of duct tape on both ends of it for handles.

You can go to the hardware store and buy a stripped screw removal kit. This is basically drilling a hole through the bugger, but you don't really have that option unless you want a new hole you your body or frame.

You can try pliers as was suggested. It could even be easier than slotting!

I've never done this method, but I've read of people who had JB Welded an allen wrench in and used that.

sigh, everyone above me are noobs. They play to much paintball and don't do enough construction.

Go to your local hardware store and ask for a "screw out" if the guy doesn't know what it is tell him that you stripped a screw and need to remove it, they will know what it is. Put a power drill in reverse and put the screw out into it. Apply pressure to the screw and it will come out really easily. Working on these things is really easy if you have the right tools, it isn't a good idea to try to "invent" your own way of doing construction stuff, there are usually tools that are designed to do it for you.

btw. this will destroy your screw entirely so you will need to get a replacement. Screw outs cost $1-3 and are reusable

edit: this is different than the drilling method, much safer and cheaper. If you don't drill the hole exactly right you will hurt your I-frame

Exactly, there are many things to do that havent been said but the trick here is how to get around the trigger guard. It would be easy just to super glue a crap allen wrench in it and get it out, but trigger guard... Drilling is pretty much impossible, most other methods are. The only thing I can think of is slotting it, however slowly, with a hacksaw blade (unless you have something better) and then using that blade to unscrew it. Since the blade is flexible somewhat, you can maneuver it in the new slot while you are unscrewing.
