No-rise conversion for center feed bodies?

My question about it is, who here does conversions(high rise to no-rise body with adjustable feed neck) and does anyone also do powdercoating along with the conversion. I guess what i'm trying to say is i'm looking for that one stop shop that does great work, but doesn't ask for your first born in order to do it for you.

i think bradAGD here on the forums can cut down the high rise and also add the clamp. i'm not sure about powdercoating but i think he will polish it once its done.
