looking for Austin pballer

I'm looking for a guy who was following me from Dean Keeton Street (UT campus) down I-35 North today (7/22) around 5:40 PM. He was driving a maroon Mazda extended cab pickup truck and the beginning of his license plate is 3CL. Also, there were JT and automag stickers on the back window.
