Smart Parts dilemma, ANSWER plz
Okay .. so we have seen proof that Smart Parts owns the patents on 'every' type of paintball marker (give or take) ... as per the patent website in the original Smart Parts Post posted by WickedAirSports.
Now, as a jounalist, I have failed to see any proof or documentation that Smart Parts is about to do anything with these patents. AGD has stated (to which I trust completely) that yes, SP does own the patents.
Where do we see proof that Smart Parts is trying to do anything with them? Where is the proof that SP is trying to get everyone to stop making the markers or make them $$ through the nose?
If someone can show me documentation or point to a lawsuit that SP has filed, then I will be the first to jump up and down screaming ... but as for now, I have to ask ... "so where is the proof?"
