Did you know that going about 130 back from Tucson in that thing I made it in under an hour?



Not bad for a lil about 100miles and I did have to slow down quite a few times (like when i blew by a cop, but luckily he was changing his tire)

My speedometer goes to 150 in my cougar (V6 and stick).... I've had it to just over 130 as my top speed ... i was afraid to go faster ..lol.. but I'm sure it could of hit 150 cause I wasn't close to redlining yet.

I have a 99 v-6 cougar as well (mine's an automatic- damn NJ traffic kills your leg if you have a stick). I've had mine up to 130 as well (on PA turnpike). Of course it isn't anything nearly as nice as the AGD cougar.

LOL yeah but you got the speed LOL. Mine is capped at 110 but then again, why would we need to go that fast LOL

That is sad. My volvo wagon, with a cargo carrier, can hit 130 without breaking a sweat... I've been at about 110 without noticing...

My wife hates when I do that. She won't be paying attention, and I will start slowing down. She'll be like 'What's wrong?' Oh, nothing, I was just doing 115 in a 65 zone, nothing to worry about, noone noticed...

I did that just to check how fast it would go. I had an Eclipse GS (stick) before it and had that at the same speed, so I wanted to check the new car when I got it. I have a lead foot too, but triple digits is really pushing your luck. Get caught doing that and you are in for serious problems.
