Different freak question

Ok guys I need to pick your brains. So far I have been happy with my feak barrel, but the case has got to go. So has anybody out there made their own case.

So far my thought is a plastic case about 12" long. The eight inserts side by side is 6" wide, plus about 1/2" in between each insert, so about 10"(if i added right).

I would like about 6" wide inside, about 8" if possible outside, so 5" insert with 1/2" play top and bottom.

If the size is right, the inserts would go onto the bottom, and a cocker back and two tips 14" and 10" on the top, if i'am lucky squeeze a m98 back into it as well.

So a case, foam, glue, velco or elastic strips, and some time.

oh for a size ref the window on a freak case is about 12 1/4"x6 1/4"

Look for something like a pistol case, they are usually sturdy, and the foam inside would protect everything.

I just built myself a gun case out of plywood and industrial foam, I'll take some pics later.
