Well after a lackluster showing at the IAO we were a litlle disappointed so we played the 5-man at Stalker on Sunday. There was 14 teams total. The tourny set up was as follows: each team played every other team once and whatever the points were after all the games were played was the overall standings. This made each team play a total of 13 games with no finals. The scoring was a little odd with 10 points per elimination, 20 per pull and 30 for the hang. With this point setup we ended with 1224 points out of a possible 1300. Only missed 3 pulls out of the 13 games and had one 16 point hot gun (my fault). We all played very well together and we only lost 3 players in one of our games, we usally ended with 4 or 5 live players. We had a great time playing against all teh teams present.
We did get to meet a team of mag shooters from the Racine area. We first meet them when they were hitting on the girls that were with us but the girls were a tad too old them since the team was made up of kids ranging from I 13 to 15. The one kid, i think Fuzzy was his name, managed to pick Butch off the ground even though he only came up to Butch's belly, the kid was like 4'8". We have some pics from after the tourny but I don't have them so maybe someone will post them later. Here is the pic from the Stalker web site.
Looking forward to the Super 7 in NY in 2 weeks, should be great.
