As far as I know, no foamie. The delrin forms a little 'cup' that holds the paintball. This is the one that Rob showed me.

Superbolts are currently of the 'foamieless' persuasion. There are some foamie superbolts out there, but just prototypes as far as I know. At least, they weren't for sale at the tour. No replacement sleeves available yet.

I just thought of a great way to test it. Have a friend insert either your old bolt or superbolt where you can't see it. Air up, and commence testing. Then after the first series of tests, switch bolts, again not knowing what bolt is in the gun. After that, see how big of difference you can feel in the bolts. That way you should be able to honestly tell if that 50 bucks was the performance difference or the product itself.
                  http://www.digitalpaintball.net - I love this game!

Chrome adds around 4 bps to any gun.

                    Concave tip to Superbolt...why?

Why did the superbolt move from the flat foamie tip to the concave delrin tip? It seems that the flat front of the bolt would allow for better ball stacking and less impact on the breeched paintball.

                    Just wondering.
