What are you doing special for Shatnerball 2?

I was wondering what AO members going to Shatnerball 2 might be doing special in the way of a costume or equipment for the game?

I spent 8 hours putting special equipment on and in my mask. I still need to add another componant. I also spent countless hours on a specially modified spyder.

Shatner just finished a year long court battel with his ex over his horse's frozen sperm.

I was thinking of a psych-op involving a bull horn, a tape recorder and a grip of sperm jokes.

Anyone know if trip flares or night vision will be allowed?

And what about gilly suits or gilly gun or hopper covers?

I've made a set of ears and tail SPECIFICALLY for this game. I'll be calling myself "Cat Masterson". When I get all the components put together, I'll get a photo of it all for you're amusement.

I wonder if there will be a costume contest for in-game costumes? :)

I've actually tweeked my mag so it has both stun and kill settings.

I can't remember which is which though.

The products of said horse sperm are worth $250,000. The judge said the Frozen Sperm is a gratuaty and that she is not entitled to live cover at Bills farm or anywhere else. Anyway I would not want to be collecting horse sperm. Dont care how much its worth.

I get the wonderful honor of working that weekend (Yet another great game I miss) I will be in the Bust N Balls tent and running the Gunslingers booth and BNB booth all weekend, of course I hope all of you stop by we will maybe have some great new Mag bodies to show off at the show.

EMR does not normally allow the use of any trip-wire devices. They play night paintball games on illuminated fields, IIRC. No idea about the Ghillie suit, though I don't recall having seen one there before.

I believe the games are during the day. You can play Friday and Saturday, but I didn't read anything about during the night. The actual Shatnerball 2 game is during the day on Sunday, therefore you don't need to worry about flares and night vision. Check emrpaintball.com for specifics (in case my memory is failing ).

Dang! But that's ok. I can still have fun without toys that go bang or boom included.

That leaves me more time to collect the jokes.

BTW... It's funny to consider that Star Base knows that much about Shatners sperm case. Just where does that fine line between fan and stalker fall anyway?

Good question about the costume contest! I was thinking about what to wear myself. I know we get a jersey in the deal, but are we required to wear it for the game?

I almost forgot!!!

I just got my JT Protius with their new ComLink system installed. Major cool! It comes with a combo plug-in so it will hook into just about every FRS, FM or CB handi-talky on the market.

JT also has a kit to fit their ComLink into all X-Fire and Spectra masks.

This kit beats trying to find a head set that can safely fit under a mask. I never could find an ear bud to fit or would stay in, so this is a biggy for me.

Two of my buds also got ComLinks. Needless to say, our recball game has improved dramaticly! Usually we'd use hand signs but we had to be in sight of each other. We also had to throw the occasional rock at each other to get the person's attention. That took the players eyes off the tango(s) and had the possibility of giving away positions.

The only problem we had the first time out was arguing over code names.

You can check it out at jtusa.com . I'm sure your local shop can get you one in time for the game. A 10 man fire team with these things would be hell on wheels!

I'm sending one to TK for the game. Can't have our Supreme Comander under equiped now can we?

BTW... Is there an official AGD scenario team for the west coast?
