    The beast

This is my latest project. My first paintball marker was a zxs 600-e, i boutght it because i wanted something that could shoot fast, and this was the only low-end electro i could find that i hadnt heard horror stories about them falling apart and being really bad. So i got mine off ebay for $70 . Ok, from the day i got this thing it has been a project gun for me, literally, most people (that i know) when they get something new, they try to keep it new, but before i ever used the thing i did a trigger job and ported the barrel. Anyway, whne i got my mag, this gun became obselete, and i just kinda ignored it, then i decided, why let it just sit there?, so my next ste was inspired by the ule bodies, i tried to make thi thing lighter. I shaved off eveyr shed of excess weight off the body, but by that time i had realised, it wasnt the body that was heavy, it was the gripframe, so i started shaving away at that, and soon it was alot lighter (an even more amazing, it still worked)then, run out of ideas of things to do, i did more tweaking of the trigger, and i eventually ended up taking out the stock trigger, and the entire trigger assembly (microswitch stuff) and put in my own, but unfortunately there wasnt any room at all in the gripframe so i hot glued the new trigger to the side lol. anywy, the new trigger was really easy to shoot wich was good, but it made it easy to reach the 13 bps cap limit on the gun, wich was a real pain, so my next task was to un-cap this beast. This was a daunting task taht took me hours of work, wiring, and re-wiring the board to no avail, so yesterday, i got pissed at the thing, and i completely removed the board, wired the battery and trigger directly to the silenoid and it worked! lol, i finally un-capped the beast., and this was great because, the removal of the board provided ample room for the trigger assembly to be placed in the gripframe. so now, my $70 ebay purchase, along with ~10 hours totally destroying, shaping, and rebuilding this thing, has given me a gun wich (in my opinion) can compete with many "high-end" electros, i have a video of me shooting this thing, not as fast as i can, but still, fairly fast. But i have no where to host it so, someone please host my video!, and also, once i get it up, jack and coke (or anyone else who ca do it) can you please analyze the sound and see how fast it is?

P.S.- i donno if this belongs in workshop or not (scince im no longer working on it) but if it does, mods, please move it for me

It wouldnt make it full auto beacuse the solenoid dosent automatically reset itself. When electricty comes into it the metal which gets magnatized get magnatized and stays so until the electricty stops.

I remember those electros, they were the first ever low end electros to hit the market. I was researching my first gun when those things came around, and I almost got one! Im glad I didnt now, but back then that would be so cool.
