What's a good 10 in barrel that isn't super expensive? I like the ultralites but I cant find anywhere to get one? The JJ 2 piece look nice too.

I have a Custom Products 10" that I like. I paid $55 from a local PB shop. You can always get them direct from CP.

BOA 10" brass barrel is around $57, I think.
Just tell them what you want
Brass barrels are heavy, but they are REALLY good.
