    staining paint? i need some

hey, i need staining paint. no i am not gonna go to the field and stain everyones jerseys. im in the process of painting my room and i want to make a cool design. so i thought of painting my walls grey or white and then make paintball splotches here and there. so i need paint that will stain the walls. the cool thing about this is that my parents think it is a good idea(really surprised me). does anyone know where to buy staining paint? do companies still sell them? i want different colors like pink, green, orange and such. i hear that orange evil is stains. i dont think i can get ahold of imperial or ultra evil. any suggestions will help. thanks

Look up the original paintballs. The original use for paintballs was to mark trees with real paint that would not wash off so easy.

            Nelson used to make some.

I agree with athomas. Nelson made paintballs for marking cattle (and I think trees) long ago. That paint would of course be made to stain. I would e-mail them. I still have bdu's that are still stained from paintballs in the 80's.

Also, I know, trust me.. someone shot my door with paintballs, and it makes the paint kind of get soggy I guess and it comes off partly and it leavevss a mark sort of from the pressure.. its hard to explain

Umm... I shot my friends wall with my mag and it went throught the drywall and i had the velocity down. You might want to test in your closet first so you dont have random holes in your wall.

Yeah, back when I was starting out a friend shot my wall like 5 times. I thought it was just dry fire, but a week later, I look over and there are holes through a poster and my wall. I just put up a new poster.

I've heard of someone doing this before and the paint either doesnt dry or it takes a long time for it to dry. Maybe heat would make it dry faster?

either way hope it works out well
