Could anyone explain to me why the ULT needs two o-rings in the on/off hole to work properly?

Its not that the ULT needs those 2 orings, you have to take them out to get it to fit. You need a valve that has the right size on-off valve to fit the ULT, and the right size is the one that has those 2 o-rings in it.

Sadly the mag is gone, moved on to an LCD Trix
