I am suspect of those numbers. How would changing to powerfeed add .45 pounds? The powerfeed plug is not that heavy.
Found some numbers on www.airgun.com
Classic: 1.8 pounds
(standard or power feed)
Minimag: 2.65 pounds
RTPro: (no data)
EMag: 3.5 pounds
(non ULE)
EMag: ~ 2.7 pounds
(all ULE)
XMag: 2.7 poundsLast edited by Hexis; 08-12-2003, 11:30 AM.

He said he read the 5 pound deal in a catalog, and I seriously doubt he'd make it up to make mags look bad. First of all he's not that kind of guy plus, he's said he wants to get a mag as a back up for his Impulse. But I was wondering, could it be that what he read is about older mags, like was the design for the 68 classic changed within the last like 10 years or anything?

Sorry about that, I misread Sig saying he was weak, I thought he meant it was a weak blow to mags as if my friend was trying to talk me out of getting one. Sorry for the confusion, didn't realise it was a joke.

no they arent.. yes X-mags are light and are all aluminum, but a huge hunk of aluminum... The ULE body is a tube.. and its not OTV.
