    CP vs. Lapco Barrels?

I am lookin to get a new barrel. i have a 14" boomstick and i dont like it very much.. too long & too heavy. just not my fav. i was lookin into a 10" CP barrel and heard that lapcos are great too. i played with a lapco this weekend and liked it. i like them both but cant decide. please post your opinions if you have another barrel i should look into plz list that as well! Thanks!

Well, if you think your boomstick is heavy, wait untill you try a Lapco BigShot! It's quite heavy. I vote for CP, they even have a two-piece system.

Get a lapco. I swore by my Lapco Bigshot SS. It is a tad heavy (not very bad) but its extremely accurate with a good paint match. I'm only sellin it cause I got a micromag and I had to switch to cocker barrels. I'm gettin another some time soon though. -Matt

Both the Lapco AutoSpirit (.686") and the BigShot (.689") come in either stainless steel or aluminum. All are 12" long. about $50 for the Al, $75 for SS.

The CP one piece barrels can be had in .685", .689" (most common), and in .693". They come in 10" to 16" lengths. About $55

You can't go wrong with any of them!

I would like to get about $50 for my lapco bigshot ss. Its in close to perfect condition. Its been in about 2 games and had some paint fired through it at various other times (showing off my mag to friends), but it is almost flawless. I can take digital pictures if you want. You can contact me at [email protected] -Matt

                    Bigshot heavy?

Ya'll must have SS bigshots, because my aluminum bigshot is extremely light.

The aluminum version is the Autospirit, is it not?
