"Spinning Infraction"???

I was reading the updated X-Ball rule book and the only infraction I didn't understand was something called "spinning" listed under the Playing on infractions.

It is on the 27th page of the .pdf and is on line 12.2.1.1.1

I want to study the book carfully so I won't look more clumbsy then I already do out in the field.

I interpreted that as if your shot and it busted, and you turn around like your gonna pop the guy that just shot you....you could be penlilized...if you shot back or not... I dont think this is called much...

That sounds like a great idea! You should hold a vote or something. And limit the choices that way you dont get burnt and have a lot of wasted lunches left over.
