Well I have good news guys, sorta. I convinced my friend to get a cocker and turn. He had a mag and then traded it for a cocker. I might have pics of it up tonight. He was always giving me a hard time saying I'm a traitor and stuff, but all it took was me going "hey shot my cocker". And he fell in love with the pull and everything. LOL. Sorry if thats just "chat" I thought you guys would like to know .

thats basically what i did. i ended up trading 2-mags for 3 cockers. then selling my other 2 mags so i could get a new rifle. i have too many expensive hobbies for no longer having a job......

wow this has realy sunk down. we were going good for a while there. any way.... at practice yesterday i had a blast. at first it was just my team. we run 10 man alot but have 2 5 mans for some of the smaller local tournies. adn we all use cockers.(im the ony one still using a mech, just cant bring myself to go electro.)so about 30-40 minutes into prac. 2 more local teams showed up. they were shooting timmies and trixes. one kid i had never seen before had a shocktech trix and i must say it was nice. but after the first couple games the kid w/ the shocktech trix came up to me and asked where i got my single trigger e-blade from, all i could think was o god another kid that has his parents buy him everything in the world, and then proceded to tell him it was a mech. he then called me a liar and that no mech could hit a string like i did the last gaem(11-12bps) i just ignored him..figured id get his arse the next game around. well my first bunker attempt ont he kid didnt work so well. as i went to move he popped out and tried to snapshoot me to no avail(SP?){im serious kid couldnt hit the frigen moon if it was 3 foot away from him when he snapshoots) his back man put about 7-8 balls on me however. called my self out and walked off. after the game was over the kid came out braggin about how he ripped on me i didnt say anything but this kinda pee'd me off cuz it was his backman that really saved his arse. so next game i ended up switching positions w/ one of my mid guys...saw that kid dive into the snake so after most of his team was gone i wnet to bunker him again, and once again i was shot out by one of his mid players this time called myself out and walked off. now this kid is getting a really big head by now. when he walks off he looks at me and says what? cant hang w/ the electros? are we too good for you? and beeing my non-agressive self said shure whatever. start of next game i really ripped. i mean i was at the top of my game. i got 2 out off the break(playing mid again) and most of my team followed me on a push through the right side. finally i got my chance to bunker that little snot. i made my move. i cam around the dorito and put 1 on his mask and 2 on his gun(used to doing that at the field for newer players) after i was past he he shot me...it bounced and he got called on a playing on. i had the ref do a paint check to make shre i was clean and i was. we ended up winning the game in 4 minutes. after iw alked off the field the kid then started yelling and cursing me calling me a f'ing cheater and this and that. finally a good friend of mine(one of the ref's) stepped in and threw the kid out. the other team appologized for what happened. after that it was a great practice. i learned alot yesterday. and my 98 STO ran perfectly. got alot of comments about ti to.


by the way if any of you have a warp youd part w/ lmk to many hopper hits when running and snap shooting...

Sounds like u had a pretty good day after you sorta got pay back. I like when people talk smack and you prove them wrong or something, its just great seeing how they react to it.

i had a great day after he left. adn ya it is a great feeling when you prove people wrong. escpecially(SP?) when they just have their parents buy them everything then they think they know it all. haha

new addition to the my cocker family

like i said i have a new addition to my cocker family
well u all might not know but my b-day is september 8th and i bugged the hell...o out of my mom to let me get another gun
at first i was lookin at an omen
then a impulse

of coarse(sp) i choose the cocker
i got a 2002 red and chrome black magic autococker
it was all stock only had 50 balls threw it
litterally
so i got a awesome deal on it
i got it for 500 bux
and my plans are gettin a chrome e blade and a red and chrome freak set and thats it and getting a red and clear halo loader but i cant find a clear shell for it
if u know where i can get one please help me out

IVG/body????

Hey guys well my gun ran pretty sweet today sorta. But my velocity still is being a little werid it won't go up hardly. Let me tell ya why. The IVG is really really hard to screw in and the threadings inside my body is like shreading (sp?). What do I Do?

bunker you can do 1 of 2 things. you can switch it to a stainless ivg if it isnt to late. if it is already to late and the threads are crap then you can do option A.)if your comfortable working on your own guns get a tap and re tap the threading. i dont know the threading size however...... or option B.) send it to a well known ummmm... airsmith or machinest(SP?) and have them re-tap it. i know that Doc Nickel does this(he's not accepting any more work until he is finished up completely w/ his current projects) or try g3pb or Jakal........have you tried air-powered? they have alot of usefull info there.

It sounds like the screw holding your beavertail in is too long. Take it out and see if it's easier to screw in your IVG. If it is, try and cut down the screw holding in the beavertail.

Mine has the same problem, I just take of the beavertail when I need to make major velocity adjustments.

first off which threads are getting chewwed up? The IVGs or the bodies? I had my body cutting into my IVG, it screwed in realy tight.. but since the bodies threads were winning, I just forced the IVG in there, the IVG threads were then matched to the bodies and now it moves like butter through the threads.

Also if you dont wanna do any of this, get a stiffer main spring. You can leave your IVG like way out (as long as it doesnt hit the back block) and use your reg to adjust the velocity. Not the best plan, but the one that will work with the least amount of messin around.
