LOL...Anyways, my store is very small, and we have a security system. Oh well...first day our field opened about 10 years ago, some kid stole the entire stock of goods He got caught the next day for blabbing to his friends Shoot, if my best friend told me he did that I would tell him to return it, if he didnt I would turn him in.

the store I work for has a fairly decent security system, cameras, monitored alarm, timelapse vcr, etc... our biggest issue is the volume of customers at night relative to the number of employees the owners feel like paying to be on at the same time... we had an Orracle walk out the front door one night, and a Boomstick on another night...

there's always a weak link. :-(

the weak link to me is the management and store operation

the lack of professionalism and training is the cause for your merchandise to walk out the door..
i mean come on..its the sames thing as you telling someone to hold a wad of cash for them to look at and then turn your back on it...lol

so you have good business at night...great
your eyes should be peeled and merchandise should be passed over the counter to buyers..not lookers
i mean...do you really need to get a close look at the barrel just to makes sure its a boomy
and for the oracle...OMG what the hell was that dumb butt of an employee thinkin..sure hold it till your done..let me help another customer

there should not be a problem with stores theft big or small if centain precausions are put down AND FOLLOWED

this also applies to those idiots that leave their expensive markers and gear in the field to go to the
bathroom or get soda

i mean come on...the only problem i see all in all is that these people lack common sense
