I am a little late catching up on this thread, sorry. I am going to make a general statement about using AGD logos, info and pictures so as not to cause problems in the future. We support the use of our images as long as it is used in a positive manner and with the interest and intent of promoting AGD. We would not allow use of images or logos on products that we sell, for example if we sold stickers we would not let someone make and sell stickers with our logo. In the case of this jersey, since we are not selling them you can make them with our logo and sell them here for a reasonable profit. Once we have jersey (not likely very soon) we would ask that you sell the remaining inventory so we could move forward with our version. If they continue to be popular we might just cut a deal with you in some way.
In general we are ok with stuff that doesn't compete with our products, you have to stop if we ask you too and you should check with us for approval on the final design before it goes to production.
