For future things like this what you need to do is match your "Attackers" to your referer log. If they are infact malicious they will ether not have a referer... or .. that log will point back to the thread on whichever other forum that they are coming from.
So far as someone knocking AO over.... personaly I don't think they would use that method as most of the time its pretty ineficient.. it takes a boatload of work to get that many atackers up and running. Personaly I would... nevermind what I would do... Then again ... most of those 15 year old script kiddys out there have pleanty of time... soo... Sig image must be under 20kComment
