Still so many guests!

I just went to the Who's Online page and saw that there were 111 guests! I thought guests weren't going to be allowed anymore? I logged out and returned to the site as a guest and it wouldn't let me look in the forums w/ out logging in. How did are all of the other guests still getting in?

Unless "guests" are actually registered users but set to "invisible"...could be that

It looks like there is still a problem? There are still quite a few guests looking at the Eclipse thread I still don't know how there can be 109 guests if they can't see anything?

But no, they changed it, if you arent logged in you cant view anything now...

But if that's the case how are there 140 guests currently on the site? Somebody must have an answer
