dude dont you get it??????? he payed an ARM AND A LEG for his gun. It's an expression (paying an arm and a leg for something). The subtlety of the cartoon makes it funny!

I think the Art is good, the story line funny and sacasim and the intent was not anything to do with making fun of people with disabilities.
