My Bunk Mate went to Gunslingers 3 times and you couldnt fix it. Why would I make this stuff up. He said hes going to take the gun to his shop back home.

Depending on where he lives compared to the Gunslingers it's probably easier.

And I never know why you make stuff up Starbase, and I probably will never be able to figure it out.

Its nice that You say bring it back now that your comfy and home. Why didnt you fix it there. You had three chances.

Did your friend bring it back to them and tell them it still didn't work? My cocker that they worked on went back a few times for some minor adjustments, it happens. They're not putting paint through it so they can't tell you for absolute certain if it's good with paint. Cut some slack and just go back until it's working.

I recomend to all you people out there. Go read a website about Autococker timing and learn your guns so you dont get screwed like Marty did.

And I'm telling ya'll that Gunslingers did me right. Just be a conscience consumer and you'll have no problems.

dude starbase in the last week you have managed to lose every ounce of respect i had for you awful. Despite not being at SB2, it was clear that most people are happy. Your friend isnt happy and mutilus is TRYING to help him out saying "we will make it work for free", dont complain. Thats customer service...sometimes what u try to do does not work the first time. thats life deal with it.

Umm... Starbase relax please.

Guys, I was in the same bunkhouse as Starbase. I was surprised at how much Marty said he spent on his cocker.
I was also a bit surprised by the chain of events as Marty explained it. I believe he said he went to get it teched a total of three times before finally giving up and getting his Spyder out.
One of the more fascinating parts was that there seemed to be no recognition that prior work had been done and that the marker was still not running properly.
The best in my mind was when he was told his reg was broken.
I don't believe that there are too many parts that can actually break within a reg. (but I'll admit I wasn't there) And he still didn't get the "broken" reg back. I would have at least gotten it back to at least have something to repair and sell to recoup some of the cost.
Marty did admit the he was not mechanically inclined and had no interest in it other than pulling the trigger. (he is a gym teacher after all, lol)
Marty just wanted to get it to his home tech and get it running again.

However, I did express the virtues of a Mag to him repeatedly.
Much to no avail.
....but maybe the seed was planted.

OK, this has been hacked to death.

Rob; Thank you for going the extra mile to correct this alledged "problem". Gunslingers has an enviable reputation of stand up ethics, this thread does nothing to diminish that.

StarbaseCGI...........tell you what, go back to Shatner.com and tell your tales of woe there. You obviously have a different view on how to have fun whilst away from home. Knowing enough of the AO people that attended Spplat Attack to be honest and upright, I can assure you that they paid to have fun, and have fun they did. It may not be your cup of tea....or glass of beer....but nobody was hurt/arrested/sickened/late to the game/forgot their name/or discovered that they got married the night before to someone named 'Betty-lou'. Even your own bunk-mate said that he could not concur with your story, nor verify the, apparantly obvious to you, damage to the 'Cocker.

I urge you to simply stay away from these forums, and remain with your Star Trek pals. Perhaps they will give you tips on how to repair your Warped Core.
