If you look at the schedule, or search there site, there is nothing about paintball at all. Anybody care to enlighten me?

as far as I can read into the article it sounds almost like paintball is going to be a demonstration sport next year...that it actually isn't officially part of the Gravity Games..

i remember that for the NPPL Super 7 fox had some "highlights" of a few of the games on TV.

                  too bad i missed it

AND, back in the summer of 2002 there was a vote whether or not paintball should be an official olympic sport

the worst thing about that vote... was IT WAS ONE VOTE THAT DIDN'T LET PAINTBALL PASS AS AN OFFICIAL OLYMPIC SPORT!!! ::MAD::

                    This kinda sucks.

More people will come and play, Therefore prices will rise on.. 'most everything. I dreaded this day coming.

It's just like what happened to skateboarding.. what was once a small sport for the most hardcore of guys.. is now an UBER ESTREME LITTLE KID GAME!!! YEAHSDHF@#)($)@#*)($@

Um, don't you mean prices will fall on most everything?

I wouldn't exactly compare it to skateboarding. Paintball is much more commercially oriented, and doesn't have as much of a "culture" as skating did.

                        Why would prices fall?

I would think if I was a company that made paintballs (not exactly sure who does it.. same people who make gel-cap pills), I would raise the price on everything because more people have come to spend money.

Go ahead .. prove me wrong.. make my day even crappier than it has already been (if thats friggin possible).

its the supply demand theory. when there is more of a demand it will cost less for the companies to supply it.

Right.. but theres no more demand for gel cap pills if paintball gets more popular
