    Would this be possible?

I was wondering if it would be possible to make a frame like this...
First you slide open the "grip" trigger door.

Then you pull out the trigger.

Then you replace that trigger and put another trigger in it.

    Close the door.

    Play

Given enough money yes. It would actually be pretty easy, I can imagine the posabilities of buying new triggers instead of whole grips. Good Idea...

...Or you could just drive out the trigger pin, remove old trigger, install new trigger, drive pin back in, and play. Probably take less than a minute.

Trap doors, with hinges, springs, locks, etc, would make a $130 frame cost a lot more, and be less reliable.

Given you have the art skills of a first grader... yea.

Too expensive when you can just slide out hte pins, detach sear, and instert new trigger.

How do you remove the pin that holds the trigger in place?

You get a hammer and a metal punch or a nail and pop it out...

The idea is interesting, but for fine mill work like that, I bet you may double the grip price. Even if you wanted to switch a trigger, you shouldnt need to do that in between games. You can swap triggers out now with a few minutes of work at home...

The easiest thing to do would probably be to just replace the existing retaining pin for one held with a snap ring. It's not too hard to remove the standard trigger pin with a punch but you have to be careful not to slip and scratch the finish on your gripframe. And if you remove and replace the press fit pin too many times it will become loose. I'd make a T shaped pin with a snap ring to replace the press fit pin.
