I wouldn't pay over $200 for any spyder when a $109 imagine will perform EXACTLY the same.

you will be repacing the barrel no matter what spyder you buy and the spyder reg is next to useless, so there is no reason to buy a gun with one.

take any spyder, add a good barrel and an HPA system and you will not see a difference in how they shoot.

the only other thing u might consider is the AMG grip placement. its closer to foregrip so some find it more comfortable. other than that, go for whats cheapest, they all perform the same.

no you wont, you will get a BKO (clone of the EM-1). not in the same catagory with the bushy. not that the BKO isn't a good gun.

Ok first all spyders DO NOT perform the same. I would say go with the electra, because it has a pretty good barrel, and preforms better than the BKO by far.

              ok explain how they dont?

they are all open bolt blowback, they all have the EXACT SAME internal parts. they all operate at 700psi plus or minus. (except AMG). with the exception of what crappy stock barrel they come with (9-12" and nobody keeps the stock barrel anyway.) they are the same.

All I can say is try them all, it is easy to tell that the electra is better than the e-99 and down the line. The barrels are alot different, but I agree nobody keeps them, so its all the markers feel which is very different between spyders.

i think you should get a bko. its good its cheap and it can take upgrades that a regular bushy can take. and you can change the board in it to make it into a pretty sweet tourney marker.

                    whatever.......live in your little dreamworld.

How can a spyder "feel" different when the internal works and the external proprtions are EXACTLY the same? the electra and the e-99 cock different and have a different color. one is not better performing than the other.

Hey. if your going to get a spyder you want a electric trigger. If you can get and EM1 do it there going to be worth alot someday. But if not you should get an imagine. Then a dyeboom stick. and HPA. Then take the bolt out and remove the venturey with plyers (its the star shaped thing in the inside of the bolt. They clame that this equals out the air to the ball but most people think not. Doing that is better than buying almost any bolt for a spyder. Then polish the internals. you can tighten the trigger screw to shorten the trigger pull. And of course get a electric hopper. NOT A RICHOTE. I want to thank stunt man for teaching me all this stuff, Now I can help other fellow spyder owners.

Why will an EM-1 be worth a lot some day?

                          Rarity?

                          Just wondering.
