I will have an update on the Hotels the first of next week. I not sure how its going so far. But I should think at least 10 of our 20 are gone. But they taking more if they have room. So there are rooms now. But I would not wait if your sure. The deadline is getting close on that rate hold. I will try and extend it but no guarantee's

There are several hotels around this one though. Shouldn't be a problem finding A room. Its a non home football game weekend for us so they should not be full.

The other thing you can do is reserve it now and cancel if it's not needed. I think the Ramada has a 24 hour cancel policy, so as long as you cancel 24 hours before, you would be fine. That way you are sure to have a room, and wouldn't have to worry at the last minute.

Very kind of you to offer Data! But... he actualy has one made. He just has not sent me the link! And I forgot to ask! So I expected it sometime tonight. If he remembers to send it to my Home email because I forgot to tell him I was not able to check my work one from here. So worst case it goes up tomorrow. But if he doesn't I get in touch with you. We just reworded last years and all and just have to relink it here. Give me till tomorrow to see. If he cannot for some reason get it up...um...er...cough...then I contact you and take you up on that.

Dat boy makes sense! All you risk is that the you might not be in the host hotel if you do not. And I bet your room would be grabbed up by some late decider either way.

But then again that is kinda fun to be there at the main hotel. There is a indoor pool, jacuzzi and atrim for fun and frolic. And there is a restraunt and bar in this one. There is one right across the road though. And about five within walking distance. But its a four lane with white striped median between that one and the main one.

I made my reservations today because I live so far out of town I do not want to miss anything. So I gonna be able to party down a bit more this year too as I am staying in town. I am in the Ramada too. So is Tom and Jon. So we all be there.

You "could" walk it from there. But its about a mile or mile and a half. One thing is Rob doesn't drink. So he is designated driver for your group.
