Pure luck! I was sweating this out for months. You just never know. If you might recall last year we had a major Storm front crossing the country bearing across the Missisippi river that Saturday of the event. The Ohio Valley got clobbered that Saturday while we all played in partly sunny skies all day. It held off raining until we had just gone to our dinner party Saturday night. However it moved on in Sunday Night and Tom and Jon's flights got canceled and they didn't get on out till Monday morning.

This time it appears that major weather system event that happens in November is moving on through tonight and tomorrow. You never know when ones going to do that but one always seems to happen in November. This one is just crossing the Mississippi River this morning. And will clear us out and stabilize us for the weekend. And in fact a few days after so it will warm up some and wind die down. So we got lucky this time and its clear sailing after that!

Day, they are a Bluegrass band, not a celtic band Though, they do have a banjo, so they could play some good German drinking songs and polkas.
