how many shots from 45/5k ?

How many shots do you get from a 45/5k tank ? I know roughly how much you can get from a 45/45 , but how much does that extra 500psi add?

This is shots from an unmodified automag with level X .

Do you even know of a place that can do 5k fills? I'm not sure anyone even fills that much.

yeah, Boston Paintball fills to 5k...but that don't help a guy in Kentucky

i say just go 68 45 more places can fill that high and besides it will be cheaper cuz u have to get a thor regulator for a 5k system

NPPL could fill my tank to 5k, no problems. Id say that it doesnt do as much as PMI likes to say, because most of the time after the fill it depletes like 1 or 200psi. But I say that you get like...50 more shots out of the 5k. I had a 45/5k PMI tank and it worked great, very light, very small, and was very good on air. I also had a mag setup like yours.

NPPL and PSP events have been filling to 5k

Think even when you get a 4500psi fill, the compressor can fill to like 4800 for example. If they don't have to stop at 4500, then when the tank cools you will have more air left.

5000 psi is just the next step in the evolution of compressed air tanks, I'm sure there will be 6000 psi tanks to follow.

Actually filling to 5k isn't much of an issue, one of the local paintball stores can fill that much .

besides it will be cheaper cuz u have to get a thor regulator for a 5k system

I don't see why I would have to buy a thor system , when the 5k tanks have an output pressure between 800-900 PSI, just like most other screw in tanks.

from what ive heard u need the thor reg? meh if im wrong im going to beat up my source cuz i found a 68 5k for 2000 hmmmmmmmmmmmmm consider jellomag screewed
