Very very consistent. +/- 1 fps on a good day, +/- 3 fps on a bad day.

    The setup:

the tolerance of my velocity is about 5 fps on my L7.
Do X-valves generally get better consistancy because of their extream recharge rate?
Anyway, i believe that chronos are only accurate to +/- 7 fps. Theres something to think about.

With RPS marbs and Diablo Hellfire and a good bore match, I'm +/- 3 over the chrono. With inconsistant crap field paint, I've had as bad as +/- 20.

Paint to bore match is essential for consistancy, so is having good, uniform paint.

first time i tried to tune my nwe X valve, went to the chrono, and i thought the chrono was broke. i actually had somebody else shoot over it to make sure it worked. 308, 308, 308, 308, 308, 308, 308, 308, 308, 308, 308, 308, 308, 308. yes, i shot 308 14 times in a row. i honestly thought the chrono was broken. and yes, it was shooting paint. now that the valve is broken in, it shoots consitantly at +/-2. i am loving it.
^you shure you didnt forget to reset the crono??

my classic mag would run +-5, on compressed air. Now my shocker on dam near any paint, crappy or not is about +-2 w/ co2

BTW is typical for the shocker to get 4 in a row.

o yeah, im sure. like i said, i had other people shoot over it to make sure it was working. and it changed for them. then went back to 308 for me. 14 shots, 14 308's. then it finally did change, when i backed the velocity adjust out, and that is when it started to shoot +/-2. i wish i had a video camera to prove it, cause im sure there are people who dont buy it. it did this out of the box, i had not adjusted the velocity adjust, or even aired it up yet. i love AGD.

my first hopper of the day over the crono is + or - 2...its really wierd cause i have an RT Pro and when i rapid fire it doesn't do to bad...it only jumps + or - 8 when i fire then hold the trigger back...then quickly fire again, which simulates rapid fire...

Good paint to barrel match, clean orings in both gun and flatline - and I get +-20. that would be a GOOD day. has been as bad as +-40.

Using Anarchy and pretty much every barrel that I've got sees no change.

I swear if I couldn't shoot a hopper full of paint each time I come out of a bunker I'd never hit anybody.

Just seems to be my luck. I mostly know what I'm doing - meaning I've got other people's mags shooting very nicely +-5 or so but can't do the same to mine.

But I've never seen this +-2 that seems to pop up whenever these type posts are made on AO.

Barry - who swears if I can't get it +-10 with THIS oring change I'm boxing it all up and sending it to AGD.

if you have a retro or x-valve... are you using the proper chrono procedure?

is your reg seat or reg. o-ring dirty, or just plain old and cracked?

                            Yup

I'm doing the proper hold the trigger down and quickly fire the second shot.

Retro is less than 2 years old and has new orings in it

Meaning all orings and the like

I'm just saying it has never been anywhere near +-5 much less than +-2 that people claim to get

                            Anyway
