Total Shots on your Mag

I am curious. How many total shots do you guys have? I'm up to 55014. I've only had the mag about 8 months too. My mag still RIPS too. I've taken as good care of it that I possibly can.

Oh.. btw.. i have hardly EVER not shot a ball through... I know some guys who just shoot with the safety on all day with no air... figuring out their trigger or whatever. I dont do that.

I dunno how many shots the last owner made, but I'm between 20,000 and 25,000.

I can only guess on my Mags as they are both mechanical, but my old RT probably has over 300,000 rounds through it in the 4 years I have had it. It has been rebuilt once by AGD.

My RTP is only about 4 months old and had about 100,000 rounds though it.

Both running strong.

I play twice a week every week, and only have 55014 in 8 months. I play back too in five man. How could yo uhave 100000? seems a bit high.

not hard to do. you figure I play 3x a month MINIMUM (last month I played 5 times) and each time I shoot at least 4 cases of paint. that's 8000 rounds x 3ptimes per month = 24,000 x 4 months of play=94,000 rounds. so I rounded it off to 100,000. Ask anyone who plays with me from the NorCal group, I shoot a lot of paint :-)

whatever paint we have in the store room (I work at a field so I get paint for free BOOYAH!). Usually it's Blaze and it works pretty well. not amazingly accurate for me but who am I to talk? I sometimes shoot 1100 rounds in 1 game so it's kinda no big deal if I miss 30 or 40 times trying to hit someone ;-).

It's more the fear factor that I like about it. No one wants to rush you when you put down the much paint consistantly (check the video in my sig "Wanna Race" you have to right click to dowload it I hear for PC)

Somewhere around 50 cases a year(est.). So I've had my mag for what, the last 5 years. You do the math.

Whatever Z-man says about paint usage is absolutely true. That sucker sits in the back the whole time, and continuously shoots off paint. I mean, CONTINUOUSLY. People give up their firstborn children to be on his side of the tape, since its a stroll in the park, with all the opposing players cowering in fear.

I have seen him carve through 4 cases like it was nothing. He will drop 6-7 pods in a single game without thinking twice. And thats all day long. Its unbelieveable.

hmm... For the total shots on my mag I would guess somewhere in the neighborhood of "Alot"...

I have probably put 10ish cases through it since I got it, but I think this valve is pretty old (it had a screw in powertube) but there really is no way to tell on Mechanical guns...

Shooting like a Millionaire...

What the heck do you pay for paint? Or is it free? 12 cases a month x $50 /case = $600/month = $7200/year ... Even at $25/case that is $3600/year or $300/month...

Maybe $$$ is no object to you, but knowing a little about financial planning as I do, IF you could take $3600/year from the time you are 18 until you are 25, and make 8% on it, it will be worth $33,633.99...

If you could leave the $$$ alone from 25 until you retire at 65, and still make an average of 8%, and never add another dime to it, it would be worth:

$816,410.80


At $50/case, that comes out to about: $1,632,821.61
