    Smaller E-mag/X-mag Battery Pack...

Hey everyone, I think AGD should make a battery pack for the E-mag and X-mag that is less "bulky." I have heard many people complain about the E-mag's "ugly and bulky" battery pack so I was wondering how it would look if it was just a little smaller. I do like the idea of the battery as a fore-grip, but I thought it was just a little big myself, so I quickly edited a picture of the battery pack and made it smaller.

If AGD made a new battery pack for the X-mag and E-mag, I think it would profit them by attracting more "non-mag owners" to E-mags and X-mags. What do you think Mr. Kaye? Could you create a smaller battery and battery pack for the E-mag and X-mag?

Not too big, not too small. The smaller size of the battery will give the E-mag and X-mag a more compact fit for the hands. You like the size of the smaller battery pack? What does every one else think?
    I'll never grow up...

The battery is the right size in order to feed the solenoid that runs the gun.

If you are really disheartened by the size/weight of the battery pack, you can go the route of ULE mag with hyperframe like this one i have for sale (cough cough)

I wish AGD would offer this old Jax Warrior mod.

It was once, but he photoshopped the battery to make it look thinner. It looks very good to me!

smaller batteries have been contemplated...but problems arise

either less shots/battery or not enough juice to run the HUGE solenoid within the emag

either get a hyperframe or get over the fact that the battery is massive. IMHO, i like the battery as it is

Has Tom ever said why the ULE On/Off valve cant work with a much smaller solienoid, and in result a smaller battery, .45 grip frame, less weight, the whole deal? I know it was mentioned very many times but I dont think I ever read a clear answer why that couldnt work

the large battery pack is the only complaint that i ever had with my emag, that photo shop looks pimp with that thin battery, the thing already gets plenty of shots per charge, i think the should go for it. they could just make it an option, those who like the large battery and longer life can get the big one, those who like the small can get the small.

Hum... does anyone know if there are any possibilities with different battery types?

If by photoshopped you're referring to Warped1's pic. It is a real picture. If you look under the grip frame, the battery pack is the black shrink-tubed thingy. The place where the battery normally is, appears to be a standard foregrip.

My pic was taken right from this site, I think the pic they are reffering to is the thinner battery pack.
