What is the best regulator for my AM-P Illusion?

It is running on an 88/4500 crossfire tank. I am considering a palmer stabilizer, torpedo, or a sidewinder. Will a male stabilizer fit into the asa with ought interfering with the trigger guard? Thanks for your help.
    Peace :)

I dont anything about whether a reg will fit or not, but two of the best regs out there right now are the CP and AKA sidewinder.

As long as you don't get a Fatty Stab then the stabilizer will fit. The fatty might even, but can not say for sure.

Will the C.P. and sidewinder operate consistently on a medium-high pressure gun like my Illusion?

muzik, if you didn't check pog, the fatty is only good for 400 and lower.

            if it's under 400, a sidewinder or Fatty. If it's above 400, a stabilizer.

if you put a stabilizer on and the fit is close to the guard, like any other reg you remove the fitting (or the trigger frame) and screw it on. :)

I have an illusion, you WILL have to buy a reg that clears the trigger guard (e.g. sidewinder, cp, dye, etc).

A Palmer and Torpedo will work, but it's a BIG pain in da butt... You have to remove all of the gages and air connections if you want to add or remove the reg.

I saw that, my only concern is that the fatty would be too fat and not fit.

the sidewinder is one (if not the) best reg out there. it will regulate very well from 0-700PSI. I had one on my spyder and set it for 700 PSI. it was rock solid. I also had it on my LP spyder at 300PSI. worked great for both.
