    Anyone have CP barrels?

I've got a cp 2 piece right now, with a chrome style .689 back and black tip.

After packing up from playing the other day i take off the barrel and look at the very end of the back where the barrel goes in the gun. Theres like a chip missing out of the anno or whatever it is and it's starting to peel away.

    Anyone have this problem before?

I have the aluminum CP backs so I never had that issue, but with other brands of barrels where it was anno'd the paint didn't chip but would fade/wear away after alot of use.

Buddy of mine has a chrome one that is chipping/flaking. I think its chromed rather than annoed, and so is capable of peeling, much like a chromed car bumper. Looks like crap, too.

My .689 one piece has some marks on the end, I have always assumed it was just from me diving into bunkers under a hail of balls. Its amazing how little you care about your equipment when the guy with the Angel is trying to lay a stream into you.
