I'm thinking about picking up one of the new shockers, but I'm just gonna buy it without the max flo. Can I use my old tank and like...a Doolie reg (By PMI) or something like that?

From what I heard your need to have their reg otherwise the gun may not perform optimally. There is suppose to be a vert reg coming soon. -

Wow, if you cant use a tank other than a max flo, then SP really is looking for a monopoly..Comment

I have shot and played with both and I would rather keep my e-mag. For me the 2 biggies are weight and recoil and ther both are fairly close.
The shocker still has the 1st ball drop though. Kinda ironic.Comment

Nope...my emag is about 12 pounds...No ULE parts whatsoever+a warp+a halo+an 88 4500.Originally posted by personman

Tell ya what ... I wasnt going to even consider an 03 shocker till I shot one this weekend. Oh man ... light weight, fast ... very nice.
Only thing I dont care for is the front grip ... they need to comeout with a different grip.

I held/shot one maybe less than 4 days ago.Originally posted by personman
You're telling me that an 03 shocker with a warp, halo, and 88/45 wieghs 2 lbs?
He had the 12 inch new all american, a Halo, 68/45 maxy... no warp.
With paint it was pretty similar if not the same as my Bushy with 14 inch CP 2-piece, 45/45cu crossfire, and evo II.
So i wouldnt say 2 lbs but, not that much more with a halo and warp.
BTW, the gun is ridiculously small.

Are you talking about the Shocker or the busy you have?Originally posted by *ArKfEaR*
The thing is just as light as my bushy with a 68cu tank.
Its really fast, doesn't chop (the one i shot after tuning), easy to walk.
Nothing but good so far from all the ones i have shot.
No...it had an 88/45 and halo...but no warp, and a warp is like what? pound-pound and a half and yea...it was a little more than two pounds...but it felt like 2 pounds after holding my emag all dayYou're telling me that an 03 shocker with a warp, halo, and 88/45 wieghs 2 lbs?Last edited by Derman2k; 09-22-2003, 04:34 PM.My feedback...

i played with the 03 shocker this weekend. its a nice gun. but i would wait till the vision for it comes out b/c we did manage to chop a ball in it. :) btw the warp is 15ounces.
i would rather have the lvl 10. b/c i play xball and if you chop a ball you dont have time to use a squeegee.Comment
