                I haven't the time to tweak it today, but I was getting around 60ms between cycles, or between 16 and 17 bps. Mind you, the audio is badly clipped and compressed, so the waveform (which I extracted directly from Premier and put into Wavelab) is pretty messy, and unclear. If I get a chance I will try to clean it up. Otherwise, I think it is safe to say it is between 16 and 17 bps on average, perhaps a little faster in parts.
