ONE: My pull is fairly short. There is zero travel AFTER the shot (screw in lower screw to touch frame immediately after shot). Set your return to your liking. I find this setup gives you incredible speed using just a true semi shooting method. (Hard to walk this way)
TWO: Walking- Give your trigger a little more pull after the shot. (back lower trigger screw out) Lighten the return (forward-most upper screw) to make the trigger a bit limp. Some of my guys have this set up, and although I'm not partial to walking, I can do it very fast set up like this.
Again, you'll find your own method. These are just two set ups that I have seen a noticeable difference in shooting methods. Let me know how it goes, and what you come up with.
