most if not all leagues allow one pull equals oen ball to coem out


reactive is how much ur trigger bounces, it is determiend by your regulator and output pressure of your tank along with soem other things
your trigger cant' be too reactive or else it will go into runaway mode which is not aloud

Ah, you answered my next question as well (how do I increase the reactiveness). I have a set input tank. Can a set tank be retooled?
