How does the Bob Long Defiant perform? Do they have different modes of shooting as well?

From what I have heard from owners I know, they offer practically the same performance that an Angel does. ANd besides, It's a Bob long, so you know it's gonna be good. As for finring modes, I dont know. Try www.paintballsrus.com
But from what I remember they are only $540 there.

the bob long defiant performs just like a bushmaster, its the same body same internals, just different names and anodizings


but no, it doesnt perform like an angel, i have both, 2 different worlds

but if your thinkin aboout getting one, your gonna need a new trigger.

some call it the poor mans angel.

it is the same as a bushmaster, but with some anodizing, milling, and a J&J 2 piece barrel. for the money, i would get a regular bushy and upgrade from there.

Cliffio get off of it, any time someone says the word Angel with something bad about it, you jump all over them. I would rather shoot a stock mag over the worlds most expensive Angel any day. chaOtic is right, it is the poor mans Angel, or the smart mans Angel. I would much rather get a Defiant than any sort of Angel there is. At least a Defiant doesnt have junk on it that you dont need. How many of you know that Dark Angels have thermometers on them? They also vibrate, and other sorts of stupid useless features, like 26 firing modes. What are you possibly going to do with 26 firing modes? You can only use so many, before your friends get sick of getting shot with a turbo 6 shot burst all the time, and dont want to play with you anymore. But I'm going to stop there, since I could turn this into an Angel bash fest easily. But personally, I think Bushmasters have a much shorter trigger pull than an Angel.

MAGS own YOU, here is an idea, save up for the Defiant, and then save up another sum of money equal to the one you have, and buy an E-Mag. Better than a Defiant, and an Angel, so now you have the best over all. I know it may seem like a ways to go to get the E-mag,(price) but it is well worth it. And less expensive than an Angel. Or you may want to try out an Intimidator. They are pretty nice. but don't pass up on some realy nice cockers. You can get a sleeper from Paintballsrus.com for about the same as a Defiant. You can put a Hyper Frame on them and they will rip.

Remember Cliffio, not everyone here has the money to buy really high priced gun like yourself, so dont look down on other peoples opinions.

i don't think it seemed like he jumped all over him. he was just saying his opinion on an angel being like a defiant and since he owns both i think it would be a fairly reliable opinion. Hes not putting it down by saying that hes just saying they're in two different leagues

you cant compare a defiant to an angel, first of all one is 700 and one is 1300.

im not bashing any guns here
and i dont care how many times faster your valve is, if all this is true why dont pros shoot mags?

also bushmaster DONT have shorter trigger pulls than angels, i dunno why you think that but im afraid the bushy trigger is just about the worse ever, its sloppy and not really that short

i havent looked down on ANYONE, im no better than anyone and have never said so, i think that your lookin for a fight, but i really dont care for your opinion, i like the guns i own, and will defend them, i will never shoot anything but my angel, In MY opinion, its the best gun out there, bring on your "facts" and whatnot, i dont care

I have talked to quite a few Angel owners, who said they only got it because that is what they saw mostly in magazines. And it's another expensive toy to show off. It kind of wows people when you tell them your gun costs $1200. And why would you pay $700 for a Defiant? That would be very stupid when you can get them for $540. As for cockers, I like them somewhat, and I wouldnt mind having a really nice one, but they are used alot because of customizability. It's a gun you can really call your ow, and one of a kind after you finish with it. Oh, and E-Mags are being used a lot more now since World Cup, I heard of quite a few people using them there. Just remember, taht Mags were once (and still are to many people) the greatest guns out there, But then again so was the Bushmaster pump.
