I first noticed this when I first got my revvy new but I have not used it for about a year now and it still smells? Why is this and can you do anything about it?

My garbage can is the same way... Doesn't smell like garbage, but smells like funky plastic... -
most anything related to paintball will have a strange smell....including the players

hehe, i have the same problem.
i've tried all kinds of industrial strength
cleaning disolvents and whatnot.
ive soaked that thing in all kinds of
mixtures. but the smell always comes back...

I have 2 revvys and a couple pair of extra shells. I noticed that the Pre-BE or any old revvy smells. No matter what you do to it, it still smells. However, the newer shells don't have any odor but seem to weaker than the smelly shells. I'm not sure if this is just isolated to me though.Comment

My Evolution 2 doesnt have a smell to it...now that I think of it....the revvy has a horrible one, good thing its not mine.

I have actually been saying "smell my revvie" to some of my friends. I have a Pre-BE and I havent tried too hard to make it smell better, so it smells like paint and other things. Combined, it almost makes people faint. Yes, I am a kid with a smelly hopperComment
