Questions about Mechanical mode in Emag

Okay just put in my lv 10 bolt, 1.5 w/ 5 spacers large spring and was thoroughly enjoying chasing my cats around the house with it(not really) And decided to switch the burst mode as I was just killing air to get my new Lv 10 Orings worn in. Now I was shooting it in Mechanical mode and I switched to electronic mode and played around with it amusing my self. Now I switched it to burst mode 1 trigger pull 6 shots and set the bps to 16 and let it howl away..

I then placed it back to Mechanical mode only to find one trigger pull would set off the 6 shot burst again. Umm.. what happen? I thought if you put it in Mechanical mode it stopped using all the electronics? Something not quite right with this picture?

Looks for advice if this is normal..? if I should replace something? or if I should chase my cats around some more.

you have to cut the power to it (AKA put the yellow pin in) if you want to shoot in true mechanical mode. What you are doing is shooting in hybrid mode and have the bursts set.

Switch to E and pin out = Electo mode
Switch to M and pin in = Mechanical mode
Switch to M and pin out = Hybrid mode

When you switched it to mechanical mode did you turn the gun off..ie put the pin back in the battery pack? Or did you just switch the selector switch to mechanical

ahh.. no I didnt put the plug back in. I assumed Mechanical meant no electronics.. Well now I know and knowing is half the battle.

Yeah..if you switch it to Mechanical and the gun is still on you are shooting in what is referred to as hybrid.

you cant set the 6 burst trigger pull up to 16 bps. ive tried and its not possible i would like to know how that was done
