    first electro gun?

    made by smart parts? I am not referring to their patent by the way I just want to get my facts straight before I get into an argument with my cousin over the pros/cons of smart parts to the overall paintball community

    oh and the owners of SP were also former patent lawyers right? i thought I heard that somewhere but I don't wanna sound stupid because he's been playing paintball for 11 years so he would know...

    IIRC Adam Gardner got his degree in business, i dont know if he went back and got a law degree or anything.

        its complicated

        SP owns the patent for the first retailed electric paintball marker. The US Navy made one back in the day though. PVI made the original shocker for SP and SP sold it. Eventually SP bought the PVI patent and went with it
