because Delrin is a plastic and aluminium is well...a metal...I'm sure you can tell the difference between plastic and metal..

ok here are some other easy ways you could have done that:

A.) Ask me, I built the gun
B.) If it's white in color then it is usually always delrin

that was easy enough.
and i do know that your question was already answered.

thought i'd join the fun

as you can see i eliminated the back bock and connected it to the front block and then i removed the pneumatics from the front and screwed them into the regulator and got rid of the primary regulator. then i put the drop and tank on the beavertail.
