Well i have a emag with upgrades and i was offered a 2002 rat impy with upgrades plus 200. now it really looks like a great deal. but it is from sp. what do i do???????

Nope they are made by SP. i believe SP even mills them for Epaintballoutlet ( i think i may have gotten it wrong). if not then The company is still buying the guns from SP then milling them.
i think if its not vision its not worth it. my Imp had alot of mods and shoot pretty nicly, but emags would take it to school.Aced/predator Adrenalin LCD

Do yourself a favor and make a list of all the pros and cons of each then decide. Its your mag not ours so its easy for us to say yes or no. It doesn't affect us at all. With all the arguing your doing about it, it seems like you've already made up your mind towards the Impy anyway. I think your crazy but thats my opinion.

If you wanted to downgrade I would look for a nice ULE'd ULT'd X-valved mag plus cash. A setup like that would be rock-solid reliablity wise and it would be almost as fast as your current setup. You could find a nice mech mag and get a little more than 200 bucks out of the deal too.
I'd find a better deal than the Rat, all the non-vision Imp's i've seen have a nasty habit of blending paint.
