The thing that always bugged me is that we never took really good pics of the Micro E, and that we didn't get any of it fully set up. That thing is so sweet, but the pictures are just too fuzzy to do it justice
I'm happy to tell you that the Micro cocker is still NOT made of silver! Never has been, never will be. Triggers were the only thing I ever made out of silver for a paintball gun.
I'm even happier to tell you that the cocker I am working on now is about 75% complete, and this one makes the others look like doo-doo.
I can't wait to show it to you guys, but it has to be done first. You won't be disappointed, I promise.
I also have an e-mag done about half way and started on another mag as well.
I really miss playing ball, it's not the same over here in Germany, but then the beer wasn't as good in the States so I'm always going to have to make some kind of sacrifice. Carving guns keeps the spirit alive for me.
      Keep on shootin!

That was MY Micro E-Mag. Triggernomics wanted to do an Micro E and I ended up being the lucky test subject.

I sold it last year to All American Paintball in Jacksonville, FL. Our deal was that he could have it at a good price, but I get right of first refusal on someone else buying it from him.

I needed the money to buy my fiance. At the time I thought that trading a gun for a girl was a good idea. Now I'm sure it was...

I don't even know how to comment on that statement, but I think I remember what was going on at the time.

Good call Steve, I might have felt a little strange if that gun would have been responsible for you missing out on a good relationship.

I'd be really interested though in doing a new set of photos of that gun since I never got any good ones or any at all of the whole thing set up.
If you could PM me an e-mail address where I could contact the current owner I would really appreciate it and I could do that gun the justice it deserves.
Hope all is well with you and that your fiance wasn't too expensive.
                  Dan

Yes, it was and IS a working gun.

I was quite proud of owning the 'worlds most tricked out paintball gun'.

I kept it on display in the Pro-Team Factory showroom for a number of months and I got two (and only two) reactions to it from our customers:

"OMG! That thing is SCHWEET! SCHWING! Where did you get it? Who did it? Where can I get one!?!"

"OMG - what happened to your mag!?!"

Best negative description? 'Looks like a coke can that got hit by a mac truck'

Best positive description? 'Looks like an HR Giger rendition of a paintball gun'

That comment led to the gun acquiring a name - Ripley.

Hope things are going well with you Dan!

I think it would look much better if annoed. I personally think the guns are kinda, ahem, trying to be nice, ugly...and I mean this, but I think it would look great in person. The pics are just bad. Im still amazed by the worksmanship put into it. Plannin on doing any more triggers? Anybody know where I can buy a new/used angel trigger? And I LOVE that drop on the other mag.

I agree - its just as "ugly" in person - those pictures don't do it justice - lol.

I'm sure if you saw it up close, you'd still say its ugly, but ugly in a really cool way. Morbid fascination, if you will. Kind of like - its sooooooo fugly I can't stop looking at it.

Yes, they are always designed to keep all the functioning parts in place and ready to go. The three you see there are actually a lot more stable than they look. I can say that now.
I used to think they were fragile, but this latest project has me convinced that those guns could stand up to a good beating and be ready for more.
The next one is never going to see any action or even any air pressure for that matter. If you guys thought those were ugly, wait until you get a load of this thing.
I take absolutely no offense to your comment Squid by the way, I actually like when people can formulate an opinion instead of just.....well, you know, I've said it a jillion times.

I will never anodize these things, you might think it would look cool, but if it were done, you'd see that it would actually hurt more than help the design. The bad pictures might just make you think "hmmm, it might look better anodized"

I was always disappointed about the cocker getting more attention because "Ripley" was a way better piece in a lot of ways. Things will change when we get new pics done. Thanks for the address Steve, I'm doing really well.
                              Later,
                              Dan
