In an attempt (probably feeble) to stem the tide of weekly "Is 3.0 available yet" threads, the answer is no. Like LaW said, wait for the announcement.
Don't know why everyone's getting so excited over it. It's not going to change your life...
But the guy on the wrong end of your E/X-Mag...well, it might change his.
