Can anyone post pics of their paintball gun (preferable a mag) getting the shortest set up with barrel, [with out a tank] i just wanna see whats the smallest and shortest gun for the tightest setup
And i was also wondering whats this mini warp? does any one have pictures of it?

Smallest I was able to achieve was a 14" *from tip of barrel to end of valve* using a minimag w/ a 8" SP venturi barrel. I have to do some searching to see if I still have any pics or not.

                  Not true...

You just end up smacking the paintball real hard with a shorter barrel. Optimum efficiency is about 8-10", but the barrel could be 2" long.. you'd just need a lot of air to get the ball going before it ran out of barrel length (and your chance of breakage goes up the harder you hit the ball)

that top one looks dumb. this one is realistically a pretty cool looking shorty mag. I like the cradle but I dont know who made it. The barrels a venturi.

Not mine, but I think this is the smallest:

eventually I'll get the money to get one of these and I'll toss a warp on it.

That ring-cradle originally went to the old-old-old Paintball Mania FW134 tanks. They were huge flat-bottomed bottles, and as the name suggests, was a 134-ci tank.

It was about as tall as, and a little fatter than, a 2-liter soda bottle. And about as heavy as a section of railroad track... if you forgot to remove the locomotive first.

I've made a few rings for other tanks over the years, some guys like them because they're a simple way to get a fat bottle up close and tight, and they are very strong (for those that have bent standard drop-forwards when sliding into bunkers, etc.)

                        Doc.

Heres my old setup up, it was pretty tiny, I believe 18 inches from the back of the bottle to the tip pf the barrel.

Now I have an X-Valve and Palmers 10inch barrel on it, plus a slighty shorter drop, still tiny, but not AS tiny

Wow Doc, thats cool that you can make those. I liked it when I was browsing the old threads and found the pic. I thought it would be kinda cool to have one of those and then a nice angled stock fitted in between the cradle and the grip frame. Maybe one day.
