I would say revy for right now. Im interested in ricochet's apache though, it seems like the perfect loader for me

Is the apache the 18 bps one or whatever? If so then that's a waste of money because you could get a force feeding 22bps halo b for less than the apache. I think the warpig review said it was gonna be like $130 or something like that and most stores sell halo b's for like $115ish these days. My advice is to just go with a revy with x board, and if you get any hopper above that do not go for an egg, just make the leap all the way to a halo. I bought an egg and now I regret it because its fast, but not quite fast enough and seems really cheesy. But for a more reasonable price range just go with the revy.

Force feeding isn't friendly to all types of detents.

Warpig said the MSRP was predicted to be around 120. It will retail for less than that. I would take an apache over a halo anyday. Apache is lighter, uses 9 volts, and its got shells engineered to bounce balls. I ditched my halo B for a revy. I would have gotten an eggy but they look like poo on a stick. I've heard good things about Ricochet and their customer service, and that is why im excited.

i have the old ver 1.0 rico lcd. its great! only thing i dont like is the hopper capcity. wish I could stuff somemore balls in there. BTW i cracked my shells one day crossing threading the plastic. I sent'em an email they ask for my address and sent me the new oring'ed shells.

I think the Apache is supposed to have a 180-190 round capacity, which really isnt bad at all. Another advantage to the Apache, is that its not force feed, but then again that means you cant feed the gun sideways Gravity feed = less pressure on paint = less hopper breaks = less double feeding = R0X0RZ

Uh, it has to be force fed if it can hit 18 a second, otherwise its magic. Gravity will feed 13 a sec, anything faster is force fed.
Sadly the mag is gone, moved on to an LCD Trix

The Apache is not however, a force feed loader, it is still an agitating design. The catch cup prevents the paintballs immediately effected by the agitator from binding on their sides against other paintballs and wedging, so even filled completely full, the prototype loader was able to run properly and empty itself.

wow so many differing oppinions! I think im going to go with a halo b just because i have never liked revys, and i just saw a halo tsa backman lcd out at the feild today, and the guy was using some hellfire, and it just blended the whole thing... im not sure if he will ever get the paint out of the electronics! i know this also isnt a good reason to buy a loader, but i like the looks of the halo b's on the ule body.

just to tell you .. .The Reloader is great ... i use one on my Darky( i never really rip any more then 11-12 bps ..so no need for a 120 buck loader). its cheap , light , and it wont really break paint.

Some Halos have proplems with detents and stuff( not all but some ). And if u can actaully fire more then 13 bps... on a mech mag , i really need to go chake your hand.
another thing is that the Halo is a lil on the heavyside. i believe it is heavier then all the other loaders out there.
and a 110 plus dollar price tag( compared to 50 for the reloader). They are great loaders. but i think a lil of overkill for a mechmag.
